tijariq is a brand of Cyberstream Solutions and Trading SPC.

1. Who these terms are for

1.1These terms apply when a business ("you") opens a tijariq account, starts a free trial, or pays for a tijariq module.

1.2tijariq is sold to businesses, not to consumers. The person who accepts these terms confirms that they are at least 18 and may act for the business.

1.3These terms are made of:

  • these Subscription Terms;
  • the Data Processing Addendum (DPA), which covers the personal data you keep in tijariq about your customers, staff and contacts;
  • the Sub-processor List;
  • the tijariq Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with personal data as a controller;
  • any written order for a plan sold by our team (for example iq Pro).

If they conflict, this order applies: a signed written order, then the DPA (for personal data only), then these terms, then the Privacy Policy.

1.4These terms replace the general Cyberstream Terms of Service for tijariq. Cyberstream's general Terms of Service keep covering the waynak app and the cyberstreamsolutions.com site only.

2. How you accept

2.1You accept these terms by ticking the box that links to them when you create a tijariq account. When you ask us to issue an invoice, we ask you to tick it again if you have not yet accepted the version in force.

2.2We record which version you accepted, who accepted it, and when. We keep that record while your account exists and for 5 years after it closes.

2.3Businesses that accepted an earlier version, or opened an account before these terms took effect, are asked to accept this version before we issue their next invoice.

3. The modules

3.1tijariq is a set of modules. Each is a separate subscription:

Table: 3. The modules
ModuleWhat it does
POSPoint of sale for restaurants, cafés and shops: till, kitchen screen, stock, receipts, reports
ClientsCustomer records, quotes, documents, tasks, enquiry forms and payment links for service businesses
ConnectA shared WhatsApp inbox, automations and broadcasts, through your own WhatsApp Business account
BookingsAppointments, a booking page, reminders and waiting lists
BuilderA website and social posts for your business
TeamStaff list, rota, checklists, clock-in, timesheets and leave
iqAn assistant that reads your tijariq data and drafts answers and messages
iq ProA managed assistant service, sold by our team under a written order

3.2Business documents (licences, contracts and staff papers with expiry reminders) are included in every tijariq account at no charge.

3.3We may improve, change or remove features. We will not remove a core function of a module you pay for during a paid period without the notice in §13.3.

4. Free trials

4.1Each module starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed.

4.2We may extend a trial. A trial will not last more than 30 days in total.

4.3When a trial ends without payment, the module locks. Your data is kept, and you can still see and export it for the period in §10.

4.4We may limit how many trials one business can start.

5. Free (complimentary) plans

5.1We may give a business a plan free of charge, for example businesses that were on tijariq on 27 October 2026.

5.2A free plan has no end date unless we tell you one. We will email you at least 30 days before any charge starts. The first paid period starts on the day charging starts, so no invoice covers free time. You can cancel before then without paying anything.

6. Prices

6.1Prices are in Omani rials (OMR), per business, per month or per year. The price list on tijariq.com and in your account is the one that applies. A reference copy as of 28 October 2026 is in the Annex.

6.2Your price stays the same for the period you have paid for.

6.3We give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase. For monthly plans it applies from the next monthly period after the notice ends. For yearly plans it applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price applies.

6.4Some plans, such as iq Pro, are sold only by our team under a written order. That order's price and terms apply to that plan.

7. VAT

7.1Prices in OMR. No VAT is charged: Cyberstream is not VAT-registered.

7.2If we register for VAT, we will add VAT at the rate in force (5% today) from the date of registration and tell you in advance. Our invoices will then show our VAT number.

8. Paying

8.1Bank transfer (today). When you choose a plan, we issue an invoice. You pay by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Please quote the invoice number as the transfer reference. Your own bank charges are yours.

8.2Due date. Pay each invoice by the date on it. For a new plan, that is 3 days after the invoice is issued. For a renewal, it is the renewal date.

8.3Recording your payment. The module switches on (or stays on) once we record your payment. We record a bank transfer within 2 working days after the money arrives in our account. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, except public holidays in Oman. If a transfer does not match an invoice, we contact you before applying it.

8.4Card payments (later). When we add card payment, the card is handled by a licensed payment provider on its own page. We never see or store full card numbers. We will update the Sub-processor List before card payment starts.

8.5Invoices and receipts are sent by email and are kept in your account.

9. Renewal, reminders, grace period and pause

9.1Plans renew automatically. A monthly plan renews each month. A yearly plan renews each year. Plans are billed in advance: we issue the invoice for the next period 3 days before it starts. That invoice is due on the renewal date.

9.2Reminder before renewal. We remind you 3 days before a renewal is due, by email and, where you have it switched on, WhatsApp.

9.3Grace period. If a renewal invoice is not paid by its due date, the module stays fully available for a grace period of 7 days. Day 1 is the day after the due date. We remind you on day 1, day 4 and day 7.

9.4Pause. If the invoice is still unpaid, the module pauses from 00:00 Muscat time on day 8, until we record payment in full:

  • your data is kept, and you can still see and export it;
  • you cannot add or change data in that module, except as the law requires (for example to answer a customer's privacy request, see DPA §8);
  • in POS, the till, kitchen screen, printing and offline sales keep working, and the back office locks;
  • links and forms you have shared with customers (for example Clients quote links and enquiry forms) stop working.

We never pause a plan before we have emailed you about its invoice.

9.5Paying late. When we record payment in full, the module switches back on at once. A late payment restores access for the rest of the period already billed. It does not restart the period.

9.6End of a paused plan. A plan that stays paused for 60 days without payment ends, and §10 applies.

10. Cancelling, refunds and your data at the end

10.1Cancelling. You can cancel a plan at any time in your account or by writing to support@tijariq.com. It ends at the end of the period you have paid for and stays available until then.

10.2Refunds, monthly plans. We do not refund monthly plans or part-months, except where the law requires it or where we end the service without cause (§13.3).

10.3Refunds, yearly plans. If you ask within 14 days of your first yearly payment for a module, we refund that payment in full and the yearly plan ends. After those 14 days there is no refund, and the plan stays available to the end of the paid year. Renewal payments are not refundable. §13.3 still applies.

10.4Your data after a plan or trial ends. Your business data stays yours. For 90 days after a plan or trial ends you can sign in, see and export it.

10.5After those 90 days we delete or anonymise it within 30 more days, except records the law requires us to keep (for example invoices and tax records), which we keep only for as long as the law requires. Backup copies are overwritten on their normal cycle and are kept for no more than 30 days.

10.6You can ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to support@tijariq.com.

10.7Privacy requests after a lapse. Even when a module is locked or paused, the owner can still answer customers' privacy requests (export and erase) where the module supports it. Clients supports this today. For any other module, write to support@tijariq.com and we will carry out the export or erasure for you, at no charge.

11. Your customers' data, AI and messaging

11.1Roles. For personal data you keep in tijariq about your customers, staff and contacts, your business is the controller and Cyberstream is the processor. The DPA sets out both sides' duties.

11.2Your duties. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and any consent you need, for the data you put in tijariq and for each message you send through it. You must honour opt-outs. tijariq records opt-outs and blocks business-initiated WhatsApp messages to people who opted out.

11.3Enquiry forms. When a person fills in your Clients enquiry form, tijariq records what they submit, including any consent box they tick. That record alone may not be enough consent for marketing. You must check you have valid consent before sending marketing.

11.4iq and other AI features. iq and some module features use AI models to read your tijariq data and draft answers, replies, texts and summaries.

  • iq reads only your business's data, and only under the signed-in user's own access.
  • iq drafts; a person at your business approves before anything is sent, except automatic replies you have switched on yourself. Automatic replies go out under your business's name, and you are responsible for them as if you had sent them.
  • AI can be wrong. Check what it drafts before you rely on it.
  • The AI providers we use are named in the Sub-processor List. We send them only the data the feature needs, under the DPA.

11.5WhatsApp through Connect. Connect uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and your own WhatsApp Business account. You must follow Meta's terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Meta charges for some messages and bills them directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account. Those charges are separate from your tijariq price; Connect shows which messages Meta marks as chargeable. Meta may restrict or block a number for reasons outside our control.

11.6WhatsApp on your own phone (iq Pro). We offer this channel only to paying iq Pro customers. Some iq Pro set-ups send and receive WhatsApp messages through your own WhatsApp account linked as a device, not through the WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp's terms do not allow unofficial clients or automated messaging, so WhatsApp may restrict or ban that number. You choose this channel knowing that risk. We are not liable for a restriction or ban of that number or for messages lost because of it. You can switch to Connect (§11.5) at any time.

11.7Payments from your customers. Clients lets your customers pay your quotes online.

  • Payments go into your own account with a payment provider you choose. Cyberstream never receives, holds or settles your customers' money.
  • Your contract with that provider is between you and the provider. You handle your customers' refunds, disputes, chargebacks and receipts.
  • You are responsible for the payment link you set and for keeping your provider keys safe. Only your owner or admin can change a payment link.

12. Using tijariq properly

12.1You must not use tijariq to break the law, to send spam or deceptive messages, to store data you have no right to hold, or to harm others.

12.2You must not try to reach another business's data, test or attack our security without our written permission, resell tijariq without our written agreement, or copy or scrape it.

12.3You are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for removing access when someone leaves.

12.4Sensitive data. Some businesses (for example clinics) may keep health data or other sensitive data, or data about children. Do not put sensitive personal data in tijariq unless you have the legal basis, any permit the law requires, and the person's consent (or a parent's or guardian's) where needed.

13. Suspension and ending the service

13.1We may suspend an account, a module or a feature if it breaks the law or these terms, breaks Meta's WhatsApp policies, puts other customers or our systems at risk, or if a competent authority requires it. Where we can, we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.

13.2You may end these terms at any time by cancelling all plans and closing your account.

13.3If we stop offering a module, we give at least 60 days' notice and refund any period you paid for but cannot use.

14. Service availability and support

14.1We provide tijariq on a best-effort basis and work to fix problems quickly. We do not promise any level of uptime and do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA).

14.2We announce planned work and outages by email or in the app. Planned work happens outside Muscat business hours where we can.

14.3Some features depend on third parties (for example Meta for WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their outages.

14.4Support is by email and WhatsApp, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00–17:00 Muscat time.

15. Your content and our software

15.1Your data stays yours. You give us the right to store, process and show it only to provide tijariq to you, as set out in the DPA.

15.2tijariq, its software, design and brands belong to Cyberstream. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use tijariq for your business while your plan is active.

15.3If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.

16. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for these terms, unless the law requires otherwise.

17. Liability

17.1Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

17.2Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data that could have been avoided by normal backups or exports.

17.3Each side's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

17.4You will cover our reasonable losses from claims by third parties caused by your data, your messages or your breach of these terms.

18. Changes to these terms

18.1We may update these terms. We will email account owners at least 30 days before a change that reduces your rights or increases what you pay. Other changes apply when published.

18.2If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it applies.

19. Notices

We send notices to the email of the account owner. You send notices to support@tijariq.com or to our registered address.

20. Law, disputes and language

20.1These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

20.2If a dispute arises, both sides will first try to settle it in good faith for 30 days. If it is not settled, the courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, have jurisdiction.

20.3These terms are written in English. The Arabic version is a translation provided for convenience. If they differ, the English version prevails.
